The whole liturgical life of the Church revolves around the Eucharistic sacrifice
and the Sacraments.

Catechism of the Catholic Church, no. 1113
We see a visible reality in the Sacraments, their outward expressions, the form they take and the way in which they are administered and received. The invisible reality we cannot see is the grace that comes forth from Jesus Christ and that appears in the life of the Church by the power of the Holy Spirit.
